14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Subscription Only)

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

• You have purchased a paid subscription for the first time on Mister Imot
• The subscription was purchased within the last 14 calendar days
• You are not satisfied with the service and no longer wish to use the platform
• You have had no more than one (1) active listing during the refund period
• Your account, you personally, and any company you represent have not previously used the 14-day refund guarantee

This guarantee is intended to allow new customers to evaluate whether Mister Imot meets their needs.

How to Request a Refund

• Contact us at support@mrimot.com
• Use the email address associated with your account
• Include your account details and reason for the request

Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

• The 14-day refund period has expired
• The subscription is a renewal (monthly or yearly)
• Multiple listings were actively used beyond normal evaluation
• The account has previously received a refund
• The service has been misused or abused

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, refunds will be issued in accordance with those regulations.
