1. About Mister Imot

Mister Imot is an online platform operated under the brand "Mister Imot" via the domain mrimot.com. The platform enables property developers and investors to publish and manage listings for new construction real estate projects and to be contacted directly by potential buyers.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Mister Imot.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended exclusively for:

• property developers, and
• real estate investors

who are authorized to publish information about new construction projects.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

We may perform manual verification of accounts (including phone verification or other reasonable checks) to confirm that registered users are legitimate developers or investors.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail verification or provide misleading information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain features of the Platform are available through paid subscription plans.

Subscription pricing is based on the number of active listings allowed under the selected plan.

Payments and invoicing are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Paddle), acting as the merchant of record.

Subscription upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the Platform. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and lawful information
• use the Platform only for its intended purpose
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• refrain from abuse, spam, scraping, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass platform limitations

You must not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

6. Listings and Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings and information you publish.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings and do not verify commercial claims, pricing, availability, or project details.

Mister Imot does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction.

7. No Brokerage or Transaction Responsibility

Mister Imot is not a marketplace and does not facilitate transactions, payments, reservations, or agreements between developers and buyers. The Platform provides software tools for managing and publishing listings only. All subscriptions sold via the Platform relate exclusively to access to the Mister Imot software and its features.

Mister Imot provides a platform for visibility and contact only.

We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or negotiation between developers and buyers and assume no responsibility for:

• communications between users
• contractual agreements
• payments, reservations, or sales
• disputes arising between parties

All transactions occur outside the Platform and are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been violated
• false or misleading information has been provided
• the Platform is being misused
• continued access poses legal, technical, or reputational risk

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

• uninterrupted availability
• accuracy or reliability of content
• suitability of the Platform for any specific purpose

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mister Imot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the use of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the Platform, with the effective date clearly stated.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
